Abstract: The study aimed to recognize the reasons of the clients in considering MPEX as their possible solution, determine the improvements that the clients achieved through the application of the program in small and medium enterprises, identify the problems encountered by the clients in implementing the program, and provide possible recommendations on the problems encountered by the clients in implementing the program. The data were gathered through the use of a survey questionnaire that was designed according to the objectives of the study. It was distributed to 11 participants, small and medium enterprises of Cavite, that were benefited by the program from 2012 to 2015.The reasons of the clients in considering MPEX as their possible solution were the credibility of the program and the desire to compete with other enterprises like micro, small and medium, and especially larger enterprises. The improvements that the clients achieved through the application of the program in small and medium enterprises were identified such as product management, inventory, marketing, quality management, maintenance, work schedule, financial management, personnel management, waste management, and layout. Furthermore, the problems encountered by the clients in implementing the program were identified such as improvement cost and adaptation of the enterprises in the changes.
