Human Fatigue Assessment of Selected College Faculty Members in Cavite State University on Prolonged Mentally Demanding Work-Tasks

Abstract: This study assessed the human fatigue experience of selected faculty members in Cavite State University on mentally demanding work-task. By means of survey and interview, human mentally fatigue experienced of the participants were determined and found that the faculty members that are currently taking masters and doctoral degree, and female participants were found to be much more mentally fatigue due to more mentally demanding works-tasks the participants were doing in the entire week. Moreover, task dependent factors appear to raise both physical and mental fatigue. Lastly, the participants suggested eating healthy food, having more time for rest and their family, and performing exercise regularly.
