Abstract: This study was primarily conducted to determine the high-risk injuries that are present within the steel company and how it affects worker’s performance. Data were gathered by giving survey questionnaires to the workers of three steel manufacturing companies which are Ishida Philippines Corporation, Industrial Galvanizer Corporation and Jea Steels Corporation. By using slovin’s and stratified sampling, the researchers determined the number of respondents per company. Descriptive and Correlation analysis are the tools used to compute the data. The result of the study has found that there was a significant effect between high risk injuries in workplace and workers performance.
