Abstract: This study measures the machine performance of the CNC machine using Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) at Alpha Techno Precision Toolings, Inc. Using daily monitoring sheets given to the CNC operators and OEE sheet, it is identified that machine performance of CNC section was poor and failed on the world class OEE standard. The overall results of availability, performance and quality shows that availability (68.27%) has the lowest percentage causing a poor machine performance on the CNC section. From the OEE factors that cause poor results on overall machine performance, downtime losses (31.73%) shows the highest factor. Possible recommendations were given in order to improve the machine performance on Alpha Techno Precision Toolings, Inc.
