Abstract: The main objective of this study was to design and develop a CCTV trainer. It was configured with a set of electronic devices, convenient casing, and an instructional manual with laboratory activities for incoming electronics students. All components are organized in one portable casing with some safety compartment and straps inside. The instructional manual can also be found inside the casing where it contained a step by step procedure for system operation. It is very efficient to use for demonstration because it was intentionally designed with a hassle free to carry and storage space saving. The activities provided by the researcher were conformed according to its diagram, CCTV trainer parts, installation process, and basic operation. Through the participation of the thesis adviser, technical critic, DIET instructors, and Electronics Technology students during evaluation process, the output was attained successfully considering its effectiveness.
